1. All original negative/digital material remains the property of Blue Snapper.
2. The copyright of all the photographs belongs to Blue Snapper.
3. No photographs may be copied or reproduced by any means photographic or otherwise by any person or machine other than by Blue Snapper or our appointed agent.
4 All prints will be at the price current at the time of the wedding
5. A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required on booking to secure our services. This deposit if non-refundable.
6. The balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding.
7. Colour photography is undertaken within the technical limitations of the process. Prints made at different times may vary in colour balance.
8. Although the photographers will exercise care and diligence in the discharge of their duties, it is understood that in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of photographic record, Blue Snapper will only be responsible for the return of all the money paid to date, although every effort will be made to re-take the photographs.
